Cancellation Policy
We totally get it—life happens, plans shift, and sometimes the weekend gets away from you! Because we prep materials individually for every single guest ahead of time, we have a clear policy to keep things fair for everyone:
- 5+ days before kickoff: No worries at all. You’ll get a full refund back to your original payment method.
- Up to 48 hours before: We’ll send you a workshop voucher so you can join us for a future creative escape.
- Less than 48 hours (or no-shows): Tickets become non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
The Silver Lining: If you have a last-minute emergency, you are always welcome to pass your ticket along to a lucky friend! Just shoot us a quick message to let us know who will be taking your spot so we can welcome them properly.
